Screening and Managing Applicants

Patchwork Hub manages all applications, conducting screening interviews and providing a shortlist of applicants for your business.

Unless an alternative format is preferred, we will arrange final interviews for the candidate with your hiring manager as the final step.

We then provide candidate feedback and sensitively handle candidate rejections.

Why choose our Disability Internship Scheme?

Our Disability Internship Scheme connects you with talented summer interns from leading UK universities who you might normally miss out on due to barriers in conventional recruitment.

To date, our successful candidates have gone on to long-term careers with leading organisations, often with the company that they interned with!

Skilled candidates

Our talented interns come from leading universities across the UK, but face barriers in conventional recruitment practices that can prevent them from securing the internships and experience that their skills deserve.
