This person will support the SJP Learning Experience Platform as well as additional tasks relating to other L&D technologies. This will include the QA of content builds on the platform and supporting end user and admin queries via email and phone. Key skills are accuracy, the ability to multi-task, written communication and high levels of attention to repetitive tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaise with the Digital Content Team and other SJP House Admins across the business to establish content that needs to be QA’d & timescales associated with this.
  • Support end users and admins of SJP House with queries via various methods including telephone, email & Microsoft Teams.
  • Support with logistics and tasks associated with Virtual Reality Hardware & Software.
  • Support with tasks associated with Digital Programme delivery such as testing, QA & enrolments.
  • Maintenance of SJP House.
  • Raise relevant tickets with third party developers as and when issues are reported and monitor these tickets through to completion.
  • Testing of fixes, change requests and functionality improvements.
  • Uploading & building of content within SJP House as and when required.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Able to pick up systems/processes quickly and determine most efficient ways of working.
  • Customer service preferred.
  • Understanding of the SJP business and an interest in technology/digital.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, even when tasks are repetitive.
  • Logical approach to tasks.
  • Able to work as part of a team.


Special Requirements:

  • May be required to work out of hours from time to time but this is extremely rare.
  • May be required to travel to different locations in the UK, the L&D team also have a studio in London where meetings are often held.
  • Work from home will be limited as we are looking for someone to be based in the office.
