Introduction to the role: Are you an experienced painter and decorator with a passion for passing on your skills? Were looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Painting and Decorating Instructor within the prison. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a real difference - teaching prisoners valuable trade skills that can help transform their futures.
In addition to delivering high-quality instruction in painting and decorating, you'll also contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the prison environment, with projects that may include painting internal areas and installing noticeboards. Every day brings variety and purpose, as you support learners to build confidence, take pride in their work, and gain practical experience that prepares them for life beyond the prison walls.
