The SDM will act as a lead to adequate risk assessment and scheduling of technical changes to projects and services within Service Operations. You will be responsible for different aspects of projects and delivery depending on the size and complexity of the project but often including gathering information and project planning, designing and implementing effective reporting, presenting to boards and senior management, designing and leading workshops, and appreciative research, developing internal OLAs, writing summary reports and communicating messages across teams with a variety of stakeholders.
