You will work closely with business leaders across Places for People to advise on the design and delivery of a Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Through your commitment to delivering a first-class service, you will understand the current D&I approach and help to deliver new initiatives to support the agenda.
You will promote best practice solutions and meaningful actions to promote greater inclusion and wellbeing for all colleagues.

This is an exciting new position within the Learning and Development team and the ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience working within D&I role previously.
You will have the ability to build a good rapport amongst internal and external stakeholders.
