We are looking for two enthusiastic, flexible and resilient candidates to join the Performance Unit and Portfolio teams in the Project Delivery and Major Events Directorate. Both of these roles focus on monitoring DCMS delivery and strategic analysis to help inform, influence and contribute to effective decision making at the most senior levels in the Department.
The Performance Unit and Portfolio team are responsible for the oversight of delivery, including external major project delivery and internal departmental change activity. Located within the new Project Delivery and Major Events Directorate which has responsibility for delivering diverse and high profile major events and exciting large scale projects such as the Coronation of Their Majesties, Her Late Majestys funeral and the Commonwealth Games.

These two Grade 7 roles are located in two different but closely linked teams within the directorate and will lead on two distinct areas of DCMS delivery:
Both post holders will be expected to develop strong networks across the department and across Government to support our ambitions and be comfortable working with people at all levels including the most senior management team. The roles may sometimes require travel to other offices for in person meetings.
