Key accountabilities
As the Service Improvement Business Analyst, you will look after these key responsibilities:
Capture and record workshop outputs including process maps, requirements, risks, issues, assumptions and benefits
Develop business process maps and associated documentation and confirm how these will be maintained following approval
Present workshop findings to key stakeholders
Manage business analysis work-packages as defined by business stakeholders
Work with the business to define solutions to support business improvement, including cost/benefit analysis, options appraisals and business cases
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from the business
Skills & experience
Ability to solve complex problems, while maintaining creativity to generate flexible solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of defining customer or employee journeys and experience requirements
Confidence in making judgements effectively and recommendations on the basis of evidence and analysis with experience of translating business requirements into project scopes
Demonstrable experience of understanding and interpreting broad business requirements to deliver customer-focused outcomes
Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills with the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with differing priorities
Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and provide updates to stakeholders on deployment progress, risks, issues, escalations and progress against targets.
Demonstrate an understanding and interest in the business and a demonstrable commitment to customer service
