We are looking for an experienced professional to join our friendly team to co-ordinate online and face-to-face delivery of our training programmes and workshops including our accredited Diploma for Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Practitioners and ISVA Service Managers.
The Survivors Trust (TST) is a UK-wide national membership organisation for 120 specialist voluntary sector rape and sexual abuse support services providing support for women, men, children and young people. TST provides support and networking for member agencies; delivers accredited training; raises awareness about rape and sexual abuse and its effect on survivors, their supporters and society at large; promotes effective responses to rape and sexual abuse on a local, regional and national level.
The right candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a training environment including responding to enquiries from external agencies seeking bespoke training packages. They will have a good knowledge of processes around maintaining training accreditation with awarding bodies and facilitating annual inspections. Their work will include completing reports to accrediting bodies and ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining training accreditation with relevant awarding bodies and facilitating annual inspections.
- Leading on completing reports to awarding bodies
- Ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place
- Internal veritifation of student portfolios
- Quality management
- Maintaining and developing training student CRM and databases
- Maintaining accurate recording and reporting of training/project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders
- Updating website content for training courses/accreditation programme
- Advertising and marketing training courses and workshops
- Preparing training proposals and quotes in collaboration with the Trainers
- Researching new training opportunities
- Project based work as required
- Line management of the Training Support Officer
A good level of education, the ability to articulate themselves in a friendly and professional manner and IT competency are essential.
The role will be based at our head office in Rugby, Warwickshire, and at regional locations and flexible home working as agreed.
You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust and references will be sought.
